1.  Writing Activity
  • 10th graders - superlative and comparative sentences.
  • 11th graders - What type of millionaire do you want to be?
2.  National Day Plans
  • 10D - Traditional food and games sign-up.  This will count as 20 points of your ECART grade. YOU MUST DO ONE OF THE TWO ACTIVITIES BELOW TO EARN THESE POINTS: 
                    1. You bringing food and explaining what it is, how it was made,
                         and how it is part of your family culture or
                    2.  You planning, preparing, and running a traditional game.

3.  11th Grade - make sure I have checked your research
     Remember that your proposals are due on Sunday.   NO EXTENTIONS! 
  • typed correctly
  • research included in proposal to support your plan
  • sources used listed at the end of the proposals - this can be titled: Work Cited, References or Bibliography(old term)
      Remember presentations begin on Sunday. NO EXTENSIONS!
  •  They should be about 5 minutes long.  NO LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES.
  •  You will be presenting your plan and trying to convince us that we should support it.
  •  You will be responsible for evaluating everyone's plan.  This will be worth 20 class participation points.
     Your final ECART step is to evaluate your ECART experience.  Both the presentation evaluation form and your ECART experience evaluation form are due at the end of class on Tuesday, 27 November 2012.
